Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase certain services (including readings) unless a parent/guardian is present and provides consent, where legally required. We reserve the right to refuse service when appropriate for safety, boundaries, or legal compliance.

Orders & payment

Online and in-store purchases

• Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise.
• We may correct pricing errors and cancel/refund orders that contain obvious mistakes.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse/cancel orders (for example: suspected fraud, inventory errors, or policy violations).

Taxes

Sales tax is applied where required by law based on your delivery address or point of sale.

Shipping, delivery, and pickup

Shipping

• Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout when available.
• Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays happen. We're not responsible for delays once a package is in the carrier's hands.

Lost, damaged, or missing packages

• If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days with photos of the packaging and item(s).
• If tracking shows "delivered" but you can't find it, contact the carrier first and also let us know. We'll help where we can, but we can't guarantee a replacement or refund in every case.

Local pickup

• If you choose local pickup, we'll notify you when your order is ready.
• Please pick up within 7 days. After that, we reserve the right to restock your items and to issue store credit minus restocking fees depending on the situation.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds

We want you to be happy. That said, some items can't be returned for hygiene/safety and some sales are final.

Returnable items (general)

• Returns/exchanges may be accepted within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase and items in unused/resalable condition.
• Shipping fees are typically non-refundable.

Final sale / not returnable (common examples)

• Digital downloads
• Classes/workshops/event tickets (see below)
• Opened incense, oils, bath/body items, cosmetics, herbs/food-like items
• Custom-made or special-order items
• Clearance/final sale items
• Gift cards

If something arrive defective/damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us and we'll make it right (within reason).

Classes, workshops, events, and ticketing

• Tickets may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated on the event listing.
• Some events may be transferable to another person with advance notice; others may not.
• If we cancel an event, we'll provide a refund or credit as described on the event page.
• We may remove attendees for disruptive, unsafe, harassing, or discriminatory behavior without refund. We're building a safer space.

Appointments, readings, and spiritual services

Scheduling & payment

• Appointments require pre-payment and are subject to availability.
• Late arrivals may reduce session time without reducing the fee (unless the provider chooses otherwise).

Cancellations & rescheduling

• Our standard cancellation/reschedule window is 24 hours before the appointment.
• No-shows may be charged the full fee or treated as non-refundable (as stated in the booking confirmation).

Readings, coaching-style guidance, and spiritual services are offered for personal insight and entertainment and are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or mental health advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions.

Product information & metaphysical items

Metaphysical and spiritual items (crystals, oils, incense, etc.) may be described with traditional or cultural associations. These descriptions are not scientific or medical claims and are not guarantees of specific outcomes. Your experience may vary—magick is personal and messy in the best way.

Intellectual property

All content on our site (text, photos, graphics, branding, class materials, downloads) is owned by Keys or used with permission and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our materials without written permission, except for normal sharing of public links.

Digital downloads are licensed for personal use only unless otherwise stated.

Community standards

We do not tolerate harassment, threats, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior. We may refuse service or remove access for behavior that makes the space unsafe for others.

Limitation of liability

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes will be in Ingham County, Michigan, unless otherwise required by law.
