Death doesn't have to be grim. Sometimes it's got big ears and a best friend wrapped in bandages.
This is the Furrybones Anubis — part of the beloved Furrybones collectible line — and he is exactly what he looks like: a chibi skeleton deity done right. He's got the full iconographic kit: Tall black jackal ears with gold stripe detailing. Blue nemes headdress. Gold collar and ankh at his chest. And tucked under one arm, a tiny grinning mummy who is clearly his ride-or-die.
At 3.5" he fits anywhere: altar shelf, desk, windowsill, the spot next to your candles where something small and a little unhinged belongs.
Anubis is the Egyptian god of embalming, the dead, and the weighing of the heart. He is a psychopomp — a guide between worlds — and a deity of transition, protection of the deceased, and honest reckoning. He is also, apparently, very cute when rendered in the Furrybones style.
Suggested uses:
- Samhain or Día de los Muertos altar
- Ancestor veneration shelf
- Psychopomp and death-work practice space
- Egyptian or Kemetic devotional altar
- Grief ritual and transition magic
- Collector display alongside other Furrybones figures
- Offerings space for Anubis: black candles, obsidian, dark incense, meat offerings (traditionally), jackal imagery
Materials: Resin. Approximately 3.5" tall. Part of the Furrybones collectible series by Summit Collection.
