This is a small, oddly beautiful little object. Segments of banded stone fitted together into a smooth dome, the seams running across the cap like the panels of a hot-air balloon, or a globe. Soft grey-blue, high polish, roughly 1.75" tall on its own stem.
Put it on a bookshelf. Put it next to your monitor. Put it with the natural ones and let it stand out.
Dyed and assembled stone. Keep out of water and direct sun.
