Tiger and Dragon Kempo is a training path for the warrior-priest: devotional practice in motion.

This is learning to stand like you mean it, breathe like you belong in this body, and move with calm authority.

You'll leave with:

  • A steadier stance, both physically and emotionally
  • Cleaner boundaries under pressure
  • Confidence that doesn't need to announce itself

In this 90-minute class, we train from the foundations with stance and breath, footwork, strikes, blocks, and simple combinations, all the building blocks of self-protection and self-mastery. The deeper work is the same: clarity, restraint, boundaries, and presence. The kind of strength that doesn't need to announce itself.

Partner drills (when included) are opt-in and consent-based, coached for control and safety. Beginner-friendly, small group, and designed for real bodies and real lives.

Private lessons are available after class on training days and can be booked separately.

Bring: water
Wear: comfortable clothes you can move in
Feet: barefoot or clean indoor shoes

This is martial training as rite and responsibility: learning when to engage, when to de-escalate, and how to carry yourself with confidence. The goal is not aggression. The goal is spiritual and physical competence, and the peace that comes from knowing you can protect what matters.
