An invitation

The harvest is in. The fields are cut. A lot of what carried us through summer is gone, twilight is fading, and the long dark is on its way.

Dawn is coming, too. Day and night work together, meeting briefly at that liminal space of dawn and dusk; that meeting is where the spark of creation lives. The hope of it carries us through the winter, so that when morning returns, we're saddled up and ready to ride.

This Circle is about what keeps you moving when the season itself is winding down to a halt.

Two hours, workshop style, to hear some stories and learn a new method for changing thought patterns that work against you. Try it out with guided meditation, and leave with a month-long practice of transformation.

The voice in the back of your head

Most of us have habits in our thinking that have built up over years and years. Some of these ways of thinking actively work against everything we try to build.

Those thoughts get even louder when the nights get long.

We're going to deal with at least one of them. You'll get to take home at least one new replacement thought, with a full moon's worth of practice to make it stick.

What we'll do

You'll leave with a practice that lasts a whole month, built for real life on hard mode.

Queer, neurodivergent, disabled, chronically ill, and socially awkward people are what passes for "normal" around here. (Psst: "normal" is just a setting on the dryer.) Straight, neurotypical, socially effortless people are welcome too. We assume they can adjust.
