DESCRIPTION:<a href="https://www.manifestlansing.com/event/path-keepers-war
rior-arts-243">Path Keepers Warrior Arts</a>\nYou already know about calli
ng the quarters. This class teaches you to move through them with your who
le body. Ninety minutes of martial arts training for magickal practitioner
s\, taught as devotional practice in motion. No experience needed. Most of
the folks here started right where you are. Stance\, breath\, and the fir
st ten movements We build skills from the ground up. It all starts with ho
w you stand\, how you breathe while you stand\, and the ten foundational m
ovements that everything else is made from. If you were here September 6\,
we'll go deeper into the 10/8 drills\, letting that repetition build your
muscle memory. What we do in 90 minutes We start standing still with stan
ce and breath\, which is most of the work. Then footwork\, moving and step
ping. Then strikes\, blocks\, and simple combinations\, built bottom-up fr
om the foundations. Underneath the footwork\, you're learning to take forc
e that comes at you and pass it along instead of absorbing it. Every class
stands on its own as well as building on prior experience. We train twice
a month in-person as a group\, and you can come to this one\, skip the ne
xt three\, and pick back up whenever. Nobody gets left behind\; everybody
moves at their own pace. Your brain and body are welcome here Martial arts
classes give you the same task\, repeatedly\, with immediate feedback and
a manageable amount of pressure. Recent research on ADHD and autism (Cost
anza et al.\, 2025\; Phung & Goldberg\, 2019) suggests that kind of traini
ng structure may support executive functioning skills\, including attentio
n\, working memory\, impulse control\, emotional regulation\, and the abil
ity to shift gears when the situation calls for it. Nobody here is trying
to fix you. This type of training gives your brain a demanding place to pr
actice focus and adaptation with a coach\, again and again. It complements
